Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive growth in the Northeast and Bajío regions of Mexico. You will combine industrial process knowledge with a consultative sales approach to win new business and strengthen existing accounts.

You’ll conduct site visits, deliver technical demonstrations, prepare quotes, and collaborate with engineering and procurement teams. Extensive travel across Mexico is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, mechatronics, automation, instrumentation or related field.
• Minimum of two years in technical sales or industrial/process instrumentation.
• English proficiency and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned customer portfolio in the territory.
• Prospect and acquire new customers in chemicals, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, energy, and oil & gas.
• Perform technical and commercial visits to assess requirements and recommend solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Maintain CRM records of opportunities and activities.
• Travel extensively across Bajío and Northeast regions.
