AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality, architecture, and containerized Python/React apps while guiding senior engineers and aligning with engineering standards.

You will embed AI features, collaborate with DevOps, and shape scalable solutions in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Strong Python experience (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js a plus).
• Comfortable with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL.
• Docker and PostgreSQL with migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy applications and AWS data stack.
• Ability to lead teams and navigate ambiguity; strong English.

Responsabilidades

• Code governance: review PRs and enforce quality standards.
• Design and deploy containerized apps using REST APIs.
• Embed AI features and complex logic into the platform without disruption.
• Collaborate with DevOps and guide senior engineers on best practices.
