AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will lead design and deployment of containerized Python and React apps, ensure code quality, and mentor senior engineers while aligning with engineering standards.

You'll collaborate with DevOps, integrate AI-powered features, and navigate an often ambiguous, fast-moving environment to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Strong Python experience (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js a plus).
• Comfort with REST APIs; migrating from GraphQL where needed.
• Docker and PostgreSQL incl. migrations.
• AWS ecosystem familiarity: S3, Athena, EKS/Kubernetes.
• Experience with data-heavy applications and large datasets.
• Ability to work in Mac/Linux terminal environments.

Responsabilidades

• Review PRs and enforce code quality; prevent spaghetti code.
• Design and deploy containerized apps with REST APIs.
• Embed complex logic and AI features into the platform without toppling existing workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps; clarify functional/non-functional requirements.
• Lead senior developers and uphold engineering standards.
