AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality, architecture, and containerized Python and React applications while integrating AI-powered features and collaborating with DevOps and senior engineers.

In a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, you will gather context, define problems, and turn loosely defined needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js or modern state management is a plus).
• Comfortable with REST APIs, including migrating away from legacy GraphQL endpoints where needed.
• Docker and PostgreSQL, including migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy applications at scale.
• AWS Ecosystem familiarity with S3/Athena and EKS/Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Code Governance: Review PRs and enforce code quality standards.
• System Architecture: Design and deploy containerized apps with REST APIs.
• Technical Integration: Embed AI features and complex logic into the platform.
• AWS Ecosystem Engagement: Collaborate with DevOps on data lake pipelines and clarify requirements.
• Team Leadership: Guide senior developers and uphold engineering practices.
