AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality and architecture, and lead the design and deployment of containerized Python and React services.

You will guide senior engineers, collaborate with DevOps, and shape AI-powered features while ensuring alignment with engineering standards and long-term maintainability in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong Python experience with FastAPI or Flask.
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js a plus).
• Comfortable with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL.
• Docker and PostgreSQL with migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy applications.
• AWS: S3/Athena and EKS/Kubernetes familiarity.
• Familiar with DAG-based orchestration or similar (Airflow).
• Mac/Linux terminal-centric environment.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and frame problems clearly.
