AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality and architecture, lead design and deployment of containerized Python and React applications, and embed AI-powered features into an existing platform while aligning with engineering standards.

You will mentor senior engineers, collaborate with DevOps, and navigate an ambiguous, fast-moving environment to shape scalable, maintainable

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js or modern state management).
• Experience with REST APIs; migrating from GraphQL when needed.
• Docker and PostgreSQL with database migrations.
• Experience building or maintaining data-heavy applications.
• AWS data lake/EC2/Kubernetes concepts; DevOps collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Govern code quality and PR governance to avoid spaghetti code.
• Design and deploy containerized apps with REST APIs.
• Integrate AI features and complex logic into the platform without breaking workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps; understand data stack and requirements.
• Guide senior engineers and uphold engineering practices.
