AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Technical Lead to own end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will drive architecture, deploy containerized Python and React apps, and integrate AI features while aligning with engineering standards.

You will guide senior engineers, collaborate with DevOps, and shape solutions in a fast-moving environment, defining problems and converting needs into scalable technical answers.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js or modern state management is a plus).
• Comfortable with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL where needed.
• Docker and relational databases (PostgreSQL) with migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy applications with large payloads.
• AWS ecosystem familiarity with data lakes and serverless queries.

Responsabilidades

• Code Governance: Review PRs and enforce code quality standards.
• System Architecture: Design and deploy containerized applications using REST APIs.
• Technical Integration: Embed complex logic and AI features into the platform.
• AWS Ecosystem Engagement: Collaborate with DevOps, clarify requirements without owning pipelines.
• Team Leadership: Guide senior developers and ensure engineering practices.
