AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality and architecture, lead senior engineers, and design containerized Python and React apps with AI-enabled features.

You will collaborate with DevOps, understand the data stack (S3, Athena, EKS), and ensure long-term maintainability and adherence to standards across the team.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python using FastAPI or Flask.
• Solid experience with TypeScript and React; Next.js knowledge is a plus.
• Experience designing REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL endpoints.
• Hands-on with Docker and PostgreSQL including migrations.
• Data-heavy applications experience with performance-sensitive queries.
• Familiarity with data lakes (S3) and Kubernetes (EKS)
• Awareness of DAG-based orchestration (Airflow) but not owning it.
• Strong CLI skills on Mac/Linux with Bash and Makefiles.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and responsible tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Review PRs and enforce code quality to prevent spaghetti code.
• Design and deploy containerized applications with REST APIs.
• Embed complex logic and AI features into the platform without disrupting workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps; understand data stack and orchestration.
• Clarify functional and non-functional requirements for data pipelines.
• Lead senior engineers and maintain engineering standards.
