AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality, architecture, and the design of containerized Python and React applications while guiding senior engineers.

You will collaborate with DevOps, embed complex AI-enabled features, and ensure maintainability and alignment with engineering standards in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js or modern state management).
• Comfortable with REST APIs and migrating away from legacy GraphQL.
• Docker and PostgreSQL with migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy applications with large payloads.
• AWS data lakes, S3&Athena, and EKS/Kubernetes familiarity.
• Awareness of DAG-based orchestrators like Airflow.
• Mac/Linux terminal-centric environments.
• AI-assisted development tools usage with sound engineering judgment.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and define problems clearly.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform.
• Lead design and deployment of containerized Python and React applications.
• Embed AI features and complex logic into the platform without disrupting workflows.
