Solera Corporation in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead multiple squads of software engineers. You will shape technical direction, drive scalable, secure, high-quality web and enterprise applications, and ensure on-time delivery in an Agile setting.

You will mentor teams, define metrics, remove impediments, coordinate with architecture, product, and design, and promote best practices in CI/CD, testing, and performance.

Formación

• 5+ years in hands-on Software Development life cycle: coding, peer reviews, production support
• 3+ years in Management/Technical Lead roles
• Experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core, REST and SOAP
• Strong Agile background and CI/CD workflows
• Domain-Driven Design and microservices architectures
• Experience with SQL Server/NoSQL/Oracle databases
• API design and knowledge of Testing/DDD approaches
• Middleware and cloud-hosted apps; security and performance focus

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple software development squads to optimal technical solutions
• Define expectations and metrics to monitor team results
• Troubleshoot and remove impediments
• Provide leadership and direction to the team
• Coach and give regular feedback to engineers
• Coordinate with Architecture, Product, and Design teams
• Drive CI/CD pipelines and deployment coordination
• Review code and improve code quality and architecture
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks in web apps
