Job summary

Solera is seeking a GRC Specialist, IT Compliance in Mexico City to support information security and customer relations. You will work with IT and Data Privacy to respond to security requests and ensure timely actions, while helping collect audit evidence and build a knowledge base of security controls across Solera.

The role involves understanding ISO, SOC2 and NIST frameworks, and collaborating with global teams to improve the customer relationship process.

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science or related field.
Knowledge of SOC1/SOC2, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks.
Strong communication in English.
Good problem identification and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests under tight deadlines.
Teamwork across locations.
Desirable: experience with IT/security audits.
Desirable: experience with GRC management tools.

Responsibilities

Respond to security requests from customers in collaboration with IT, Data Privacy, and other stakeholders.
Actively follow up on customer security requests to ensure timely responses.
Assist with coordination and evidence collection for customer security audits.
Support creation of a knowledge base of security controls across Solera.
Follow up security risks identified in customer assessments.
Develop and deliver reports on the status of the customer relationship process.
Support improvements to the overall customer relationship process.
Gain understanding of ISO, SOC2, NIST and related governance practices.
