Nielsen is seeking a Technical Specialist in Mexico to support deployment and troubleshooting across our systems. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a technology-based field, and strong networking installation knowledge.

You will lead small teams, monitor support calls, and participate in a mandatory 4-week training to master Nielsen's proprietary protocols. A hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office per week is expected, plus a reliable home

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep understanding of installation procedures and networking (routers, modems, WiFi).
• Proven supervisory experience with team volume, quality and timeliness.
• High proficiency in English.
