UL Solutions is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Mexico to investigate and troubleshoot system and configuration issues raised by customers. You will provide essential support during critical periods and across multiple products to ensure smooth operation.

You will advise customers on maintaining their use and configuration of the software, configure systems via the UI, and collaborate with the team on complex issues while coaching new members.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred in CS/IT or related engineering may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of software troubleshooting or technical support experience.
• Experience interfacing with external/global customers.
• Ability to analyze situations, identify obstacles, and resolve issues independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and troubleshoot system and configuration issues raised by customers.
• Provide critical support to customers at peak times and across multiple products.
• Advise customers on maintaining use and configuration of software solutions.
• Configure systems per defined requirements via UI.
• Collaborate with team members on complex issues and coach new joiners.
• Attend customer meetings as needed and provide training on functionality.
• Perform additional duties as required.
