Nielsen is seeking a Manager, Installation to lead the Technical Specialist team responsible for remote installation and maintenance of panel homes, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery. You will supervise daily activities, optimize processes, and coach staff to handle complex technical issues.

Formación

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a relevant leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technology-based field.
• Strong English communication and technical knowledge of installation procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the daily activities of Technical Specialists, ensuring remote installations and maintenance align with policy.
• Provide ongoing coaching to help staff meet deadlines and educate Nielsen families on equipment usage.
• Coordinate workflow with other supervisors to maintain productivity during downtime.
• Manage installation logistics and schedules, ensuring efficient handling of inbound/outbound calls.
• Identify and resolve procedural or technical hurdles; assist with troubleshooting complex remote data/equipment issues.
• Protect the integrity of the Nielsen sample through meticulous maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and resolve conflicts.
