Clara, the leading B2B fintech for spend management in Latin America, is seeking a Tech Lead for Users & Auth. You will be the senior technical voice, owning architecture, driving end-to-end delivery, and collaborating with product to shape what gets built.

You’ll stay hands-on, writing code and guiding the team through design reviews, with a focus on security, scalability, and reliability across the platform.

Formación

• 6+ years of software engineering experience and a track record as the senior technical voice on a team.
• Hands-on builder with architecture docs and PR-driven influence, not people management.
• Strong architecture and system-design judgment in a complex domain.
• Full-stack focus with backend strength in Java/Spring and frontend in React.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture and system design for the Users & Auth domain, including tech stack, API contracts, data models, and infrastructure.
• Own the team's execution rhythm: sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, retros, and velocity metrics.
• Set engineering excellence: code review standards, test coverage, and proactive debt management.
• Unblock the team via code reviews, design reviews, pairing, and debugging.
• Review product specs from a technical lens, flag feasibility gaps and AI opportunities.
• Maintain system health: security posture, scalability, performance, and availability.
