Clara is the fastest-growing company in Latin America, building the leading B2B fintech platform for spend management and payments. We’re a distributed team across the Americas and are hiring engineers who will ship production code in real projects affecting real money.

You’ll own features end to end, work with Product, Design, and senior engineers, and apply AI across your workflow to automate coding, debugging, testing, and research.

Formación

• You are at the start of your software career or similar; no extensive full-time experience required.
• Strong CS fundamentals and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Demonstrable projects or a deployed app, GitHub, or open-source contributions help.
• You have built something and can defend it with depth in your portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Ship production code in your first weeks with real features and customers.
• Own features end to end: design, build, test, deploy, monitor metrics, fix issues.
• Apply AI across your workflow for coding, debugging, testing, and automation.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and senior engineers; ask questions early to avoid build mistakes.
• Learn the B2B fintech domain across LatAm with multiple countries and regulators.
