Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Test Automation in a hybrid role in Mexico. The role focuses on leading IT process automation initiatives, designing and maintaining automation workflows, and mentoring team members.

You will collaborate with diverse teams to identify automation opportunities and ensure reliable automated processes. The ideal candidate has multiple engineering or CS degrees, a strong background in automation and cloud technologies, and familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and Red

• Master's in Software Engineering strengthens the profile.
