Job summary

Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Tech Lead for Application Development Platforms UI/UX_Workflow N to steer the UX strategy across digital products. You will mentor a team of UX designers, drive design standards, and partner with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into compelling, usable interfaces.

You will conduct user research and usability testing, produce wireframes and interactive prototypes, and ensure design consistency and excellence across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and relevant UX leadership experience.
• Certified UX Professional or equivalent accreditation is a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise UX solutions.
