Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Tech Lead for Test Automation to spearhead IT process automation initiatives. Hybrid work in Mexico with cross-functional collaboration and ongoing AI-driven solutions.

You will design workflows, mentor teammates, and ensure scalable, reliable automation that aligns with business goals. Required are a strong background in automation, cloud and container tech, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering or IT field.
• Strong knowledge of automation and testing frameworks.
