Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Tech Lead for Application Development in JAVA P to drive cloud-native platform initiatives. You will design and deploy AWS infrastructure using Terraform, build automated deployment pipelines, and create reusable modules for scalable, secure multi-tenant environments.

You will lead technical teams, collaborate across functions, ensure observability, and uphold security standards while delivering high-impact AI-driven solutions in a hybrid work setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degrees in Computer Engineering/CS/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong experience with Terraform and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of multi-tenant cloud platforms and scalable infra is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement AWS infrastructure using Terraform (IaC mandatory).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of platform components.
• Develop reusable infrastructure modules and platform blueprints.
• Manage EKS clusters, networking, IAM roles, KMS keys, and storage infrastructure.
• Ensure zero manual deployment and full automation compliance.
• Implement observability (logging, monitoring, alerting) across platform.
• Work with security team to enforce secure cloud architecture.

Job Description

• Design and implement AWS infrastructure using Terraform (IaC mandatory)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of platform components
• Develop reusable infrastructure modules and platform blueprints
• Manage EKS clusters, networking, IAM roles, KMS keys, and storage infrastructure
• Ensure zero manual deployment and full automation compliance
• Implement observability (logging, monitoring, alerting) across platform
• Work with security team to enforce secure cloud architecture
• Hands-on experience in Terraform, AWS (EKS, S3, Kinesis, API Gateway)
• Experience in multi-tenant cloud platforms and scalable infrastructure preferred
