Job summary

Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Tech Lead for Application Development Platforms UI/UX_Workflow N to guide user experiences across digital products. You will lead a team of UX designers, set the UX strategy, and partner with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into compelling designs.

You will conduct user research, perform usability testing, and craft wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring design quality and consistency across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT with master's in Software Engineering preferred.
• Proven leadership of UX/design teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with enterprise UX platforms and design systems.
• Advanced English proficiency (C2) required.
