Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Solution Architect - Data and Analytics to lead the design of AI and data solutions for global enterprises in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

You will shape use cases, define ML solution architectures, and oversee MLOps lifecycles across cloud and edge deployments. The role requires strong foundations in data science, data management, and enterprise architecture, with hands-on experience in BI, big data, cloud computing, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Business Analytics, Computer Science and Statistics.
• Master's degree in Data Science.
• Certifications: Certified Data Management Professional - Riversand.
• IBM Certified Solution Developer - WebSphere DataStage Enterprise Edition v7.5.
• Informatica Certified Administrator - Informatica.
• TOGAF 9 Certification - The Open Group Architecture Framework.

Responsibilities

• Shape and prioritise use cases like predictive quality, yield, anomaly detection, and forecasting.
• Define ML solution architecture: data pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment and API integration.
• Define MLOps approach: experiment tracking, model registry, CI/CD, retraining, monitoring drift and data quality.
• Set evaluation standards and acceptance thresholds with the business.
• Estimate and manage compute, storage and run costs; design for scalability and reliability.

Job Description

Use cases and solution design

Work with business and plant experts to shape and prioritise use cases such as predictive quality, yield and process optimisation, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance and forecasting. Define the ML solution architecture: data and feature pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment (batch and real time, cloud and edge) and integration with product APIs. Where appropriate, define generative-AI patterns (for example retrieval over technical documents) with clear guardrails and evaluation.

MLOps and lifecycle

Define the MLOps approach: experiment tracking, model registry, CI/CD for models, automated retraining, monitoring for drift and data-quality issues, and rollback. Set model evaluation standards (accuracy, robustness, bias, explainability) and acceptance thresholds agreed with the business. Estimate and manage compute, storage and run cost; design for scalability and reliability.
