Four Seasons seeks a Development Manager to lead learning and development initiatives that elevate colleague capabilities, engagement, and performance across the resort in Mexico. You will partner with leaders to identify needs, design programs, and foster a culture of growth aligned with Four Seasons standards and values.

Formación

• 3+ years in Learning & Development or related field, luxury hospitality preferred.
• Experience designing and facilitating training for diverse audiences and organizational levels.
• Strong knowledge of L&D principles, adult learning, and talent development practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple initiatives.
• Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze development needs and translate them into practical learning solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS or other digital learning platforms.
• High discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Identify learning and development needs with leaders and align with priorities.
• Design, coordinate, and facilitate training programs for colleagues at all levels.
• Partner with department leaders to develop individual and team development plans.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation to provide a consistent introduction to resort culture and standards.
• Support leadership development initiatives, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, feedback, coaching across the resort.
• Monitor participation and effectiveness of programs and report to leadership.
• Coordinate internal trainers and external partners as needed.
• Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and tools.
• Support implementation of Four Seasons learning initiatives and standards locally.
• Collaborate with HR and operations to align initiatives with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for internal mobility and career development.
• Maintain accurate learning records and ensure compliance with training requirements.
• Evaluate training outcomes through feedback and performance indicators.
• Represent the Four Seasons brand through learning experiences reflecting service excellence.
