Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruiting across hotel operations in a high-volume environment. You will design and optimize recruitment processes, partner with leadership, and ensure a superior candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Business/HR and 5+ years in talent acquisition, with hands-on experience using Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business/HR preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience developing and optimizing recruitment processes and tools.
• Experience with Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Administration, Hospitality, or Human Resources.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Experience in developing and optimizing recruitment processes and tools.
• Previous experience using systems such as Workday (ATS) and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable.
