Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager to lead the front desk team and ensure seamless guest experiences with luxury service.

Plan, organize and direct daily operations; maintain standards of excellence, and collaborate with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction. Requires 2+ years in a managerial role, full English and Spanish proficiency, and Opera computer systems.

Formación

• University degree is required.
• Experience at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Written, spoken and reading proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Management level experience.
• Strong computer skills including Opera.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to work all shifts including overnight.

Inthis position you will plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees, responsible for full operation while ensuring superior quality and consistency in the Resort. It is required to have permission for work in México.

Requirements:

• University Degree
• Experience at least 2 years in Managerial position
• Written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English and Spanish language
• Management level experience.
