Four Seasons Punta Mita seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead the recruitment lifecycle for luxury hospitality roles on the Mexico Pacific coast. You will design and optimize hiring processes, partner with department heads, and ensure a seamless candidate experience that supports our guest-centric service culture.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Hospitality, or Human Resources.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Experience in developing and optimizing recruitment processes and tools.
• Previous experience using systems such as Workday (ATS) and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Administration, Hospitality, or Human Resources.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Experience in developing and optimizing recruitment processes and tools.
• Previous experience using systems such as Workday (ATS) and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable.
