Four Seasons Punta Mita is seeking a seasoned culinary professional to join our Food & Beverage team. Open to candidates with college degree in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts and 3–5 years in culinary/F&B roles; supervisory experience preferred.

English proficiency required. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of culinary production equipment, F&B computer systems, and a commitment to Four Seasons standards and guest service excellence.

• Three to five years previous experience in a culinary/food & beverage line position, or one to two years in a supervisory or assistant manager position.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Requires the ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools.

Education:
