Monks is seeking a resource planning professional in Mexico City to optimize internal talent utilization and capacity planning. The role focuses on aligning talent with project needs, reducing freelance costs, and ensuring accurate utilization data across departments.

You will partner with Executive Producers, Producers and discipline leads to allocate internal time, manage contracts, and support billing. Strong English communication and structured independence are essential.

Formación

• 4 years of digital experience in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear spoken and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and optimize internal talent utilization across departments.
• Collaborate with production ops to reduce freelance costs.
• Manage capacity planning and keep data in the capacity planning tool accurate.
• Oversee special case and retainer contracts with the talent team on FTE start dates.
• Coordinate with Finance on intercompany and freelance billing.
• Engage with Executive Producers and discipline leads to allocate time.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across global teams.
