Jobtailor in Mexico seeks an experienced Production Planner to lead demand sequencing across a multi-plant network, optimize capacity, and align intercompany schedules. You will drive MRP planning, monitor KPIs, and sustain inventory efficiency while coordinating with international teams.

The role requires 4+ years in global production planning, strong SAP MM/PP skills, and business English proficiency to interact with facilities worldwide.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in Production Planning within global manufacturing environments.
• Experience in metalworking, automotive, HVAC, or refrigeration industries highly preferred.
• Proven track record in multi-site/intercompany planning, cross-border production alignment, and global capacity allocation.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, specifically MM and PP modules.
• Business English, written and spoken, for daily interaction with international teams and facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, evaluate, and sequence product demand across multi-plant networks.
• Activate and maintain parameters for critical installed capacities and bottlenecks.
• Schedule manufacturing for MRP items.
• Optimize inventory levels.
• Coordinate, monitor, and align production schedules across international manufacturing plants.
• Balance capacity, mitigate risks, and streamline intercompany order fulfillment.
• Plan items via MRP and review system-planned orders.
• Analyze planned item movements and confirm or release production orders.
• Monitor capacity planning using Gantt charts regarding manufacturing throughput and material availability within the ERP.
• Maintain critical installed capacity parameters.
• Develop and propose cycle count programs for material handlers, inventory analysts, and production leaders.
• Establish and maintain KPIs including On-Time Delivery, critical sub-assembly compliance, delay rates, OEE, and schedule adherence.
• Generate purchase requisitions following capacity and demand analyses.
• Drive on-time delivery targets for global business units.
• Support monthly PTO and production plan execution.
