Orb Group in Mexico City is seeking a Production Coordinator for a freelance, part-time role (~30 hours/week) supporting Strategists and Producers on entertainment client projects across US time zones. You will handle organizational and execution tasks through video and asset development, coordinate with internal and external partners, maintain trackers, and ensure timely delivery of Artwork and AV assets.

Formación

• Candidates must be located in Mexico City.
• Business level fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and adapt creatively.
• Experience with video/artwork production workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Gather context and materials from partners to support asset delivery.
• Build decks and slideshows of asset suites for internal and external presentations.
• Manage day-to-day project support and traffic to partners.
• Coordinate delivery of materials to partners and agencies to ensure kickoff of creative development.
• Track timelines and milestones across multiple projects.
• Update deadlines and trackers to ensure timely deliveries of assets.
• Collaborate with designers and agencies to ensure specs.
• Assist with video production pipeline tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and velocity in task delivery.
• Support other team members and promote integrated service coverage.
