Monks is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Content team in Mexico City. You will coordinate staffing, balance project needs with talent availability, and help optimize budgets across multiple projects.

You’ll partner with project managers, producers and craft leads to build effective staffing plans, challenge requests when needed, and push for smart solutions that keep teams productive and creative.

Formación

• Strong experience in resource management within an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of creative and production workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
• Autonomous and solutions-oriented, capable of independent decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid scoping skills translating needs into realistic timings and roles.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Familiar with budgeting and cost implications of staffing.
• Proficient English communication with global stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own resource allocation across multiple projects and disciplines.
• Partner with Project Managers, Producers, Operations and craft leads to understand project needs and build effective staffing plans.
• Assess briefs and scopes, challenging staffing requests when needed and recommending the right roles, allocations and timing for the work.
• Navigate competing priorities and resource constraints, negotiating with stakeholders and proactively proposing viable alternatives.
• Maintain accurate visibility of bookings, availability and capacity to support fast and informed staffing decisions.
• Build strong relationships with talent and craft leads to understand individual strengths, experience and project fit.
• Identify recurring operational challenges and proactively improve processes, workflows and ways of working.
• Use data, automation and AI where relevant to improve resource planning, visibility and operational efficiency.
