Acuity Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Master Planning & Scheduling Lead to oversee the supply plan based on DRP and current orders, ensuring material and capacity align with demand. You will be the main liaison between Sales, Manufacturing, CX, and Sourcing.

Responsibilities include creating the supply plan, coordinating production dates within a 10-day horizon, analyzing constraints, developing mitigation plans, and supporting IBP culture across the company.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Strong English communication skills.
• 4–5+ years in supply chain or manufacturing planning.
• Knowledge of logistics, import/export, and sourcing processes.
• Experience with Kanban and MRP systems.
• Ability to analyze material and capacity constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Create the Supply Plan based on DRP and current orders.
• Serve as primary liaison with Sales, PVS, Manufacturing, and CX.
• Monitor material and capacity constraints and mitigate risks.
• Commit production dates within a 10-day horizon.
• Manage customer escalations and interactions.
• Develop scenarios to address supply challenges.
• Analyze demand load levels and support supplier forecasting.
• Support IBP culture across the organization.
