Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Specialist for a 6-month temporary assignment in Mexico. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, from posting to onboarding, and collaborate with department heads to ensure a strong cultural fit.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in talent acquisition, experience with ATS/HR software, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will build candidate pipelines, engage with agencies, and contribute to employer branding while ensuring regulatory

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, particularly in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Experience usingApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills across cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a market-specific talent acquisition strategy.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Screen applicants, interview, and coordinate with department heads.
• Negotiate offers and extend employment terms.
• Build relationships with candidates, agencies, and professional groups.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
