Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an IT Recruiting Specialist for a 6-month temporary assignment in Mexico. The candidate will design and run a market-specific talent acquisition strategy, manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding, and build a robust candidate pipeline using social platforms, events, and databases.

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 1–3 years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
• Experience using ATS and HR software; strong communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Create and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with market needs and company goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates via social media, networking, job fairs, and databases; screen applications and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate offers with department heads and negotiate terms.
• Develop candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with agencies and groups.
• Track recruitment metrics and stay compliant with laws and best practices.
