Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Specialist for a 6-month temporary assignment in Mexico. The role focuses on building a robust talent pipeline, executing end-to-end recruitment, and partnering with department leaders to ensure a seamless, compliant hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with ATS/HR software, and strong Spanish and English communication skills to engage across cultures and functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or relevant field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in talent acquisition in tech-focused environments.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills across cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Create and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with market needs and company goals.
• Analyze staffing logistics and forecast hiring needs for proactive recruitment campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to onboarding and negotiation of offers.
• Develop relationships with candidates, agencies, and professional groups to build pipelines.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliant practices.
