Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an IT Recruiting Specialist on a temporary 6-month assignment to drive end-to-end talent acquisition across our tech-focused teams. The role emphasizes creating proactive recruitment campaigns and delivering a strong candidate experience in both Spanish and English.

Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 1–3 years of talent acquisition experience, and demonstrated ATS proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant field.
• 1-3 years experience in talent acquisition, particularly in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
• Experience in utilizing ATS and HR software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Create and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to market-specific needs and company goals.
• Analyze staffing logistics and forecast hiring needs to prepare proactive recruitment campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring with department heads.
• Negotiate employment terms and extend job offers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, agencies, and professional groups.
• Enhance employer brand through strategic marketing and community involvement.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing methods and campaigns.
