Tendencys Innovations in Monterrey is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio across the organization. You will partner with Hiring Managers, develop sourcing strategies, proactively identify talent, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth experience from intake to offer.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, is adept at multi-function hiring, and can work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and managing expectations.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and various sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake meetings through interviews, offer management, and hiring.
• Recruit across Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Technology, Corporate and managerial roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop strategies.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, networking, social media, and direct hunting.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct structured and competency-based interviews to assess candidate experience and fit.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously with priority based on business needs.
• Maintain communication with candidates and Hiring Managers throughout the process.
