Caliente Interactive is seeking an organized Talent Acquisition Analyst to support the recruitment process for junior and mid-level roles. You will work with hiring managers and HR to coordinate postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-paced environment; English proficiency is desirable for candidate outreach and stakeholder communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
• Experience with ATS such as BambooHR, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication and organization with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Post and maintain job openings on LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS and generate basic reports.
• Coordinate offers and required documentation.
• Ensure timely candidate communication and a smooth onboarding.
• Assist with recruitment projects and process improvements.
