Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Global Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on delivering a positive candidate experience and expediting the recruiting process in a team-oriented environment.

The intern will participate in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and selecting candidates, maintaining the recruiting pipeline, coordinating events, and supporting diversity and college recruiting initiatives. Hybrid schedule applies (3 onsite, 2 remote).

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Graduation date December 2027 or later.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Responsibilities

• Participate in sourcing, screening, scheduling and selecting candidates.
• Manage recruiting pipeline and coordinate recruiting events and referrals.
• Build networks of passive candidates for future roles.
• Support diversity and inclusion recruiting strategies.
• Support college recruiting initiatives.
