Job summary

GE Aerospace is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who will support the Global Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate experience and to help expedite the recruiting process.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, scheduling and selecting candidates, managing pipelines, coordinating events, and supporting diversity and inclusion recruiting. The hybrid role requires 30–40 hours per week in Querétaro, with a December 2027 or later graduation date.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Graduation date December 2027 or later.
• People-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-orientated environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Self-starter with initiative and creativity.

Requirements:

• 30-40 hours per week: hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Hours are 7am to 1pm (or 3pm)
• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Graduation date December 2027 or later.
• People-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-orientated environment.
• Strong verbal and communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
• Out of the box thinker who takes initiative, is a self-starter and brings creative ideas.
