Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a motivated intern for Talent Acquisition in Mexico. You will support recruiters in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate data in the ATS.

You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, agencies, and universities, and participate in job fairs to attract talent. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in psychology or related fields, bilingual in English, with MS Office knowledge; SAP/SuccessFactors a bonus; and a proactive, detail-focused mindset in

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or graduated within the past year in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Available for a full-time internship of 6-12 months.
• Proficient in English; French is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors is an asset.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters in candidate sourcing, CV screening, and phone pre-screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.
• Support hiring documentation, background checks, and offer preparation.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and universities.
• Participate in job fairs and talent attraction initiatives.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
