Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Global Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on delivering a positive candidate experience and expediting the recruiting process in a team-oriented environment.

The intern will participate in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and selecting candidates, maintaining the recruiting pipeline, coordinating events, and supporting diversity and college recruiting initiatives. Hybrid schedule applies (3 onsite, 2 remote).

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Graduation date December 2027 or later.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

The TA Intern will provide day-to-day support to the Global Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate experience and to assist in expediting the recruiting process.

Manage the recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes. Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles. Support and contribute to the company’s diversity and inclusion recruiting strategy. Requirements

30-40 hours per week: hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Hours are 7am to 1pm (or 3pm) Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field. Graduation date December 2027 or later. People-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-orientated environment. Strong verbal and communication skills, both in Spanish and English. Out of the box thinker who takes initiative, is a self-starter and brings creative ideas.
