Job summary

Continental Group ContiTech is seeking an HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition for a 3-month contract at our Mexico location. You will lead sourcing, screening and selection, while aligning with HR BPs and the HR Location Head to implement programs and drive employer branding initiatives.

The role emphasizes strategic partnership, change management, and HR administration support within a Safety and Compliance aware environment. Fluency in English is highly desirable.

• Continuously evaluates performance according defined KPIs and Operating Figures; summarizes and completes reporting locally.
