Job summary

Continental in Mexico seeks a HR Location Specialist to deploy and manage HR policies for the site, aligning with corporate values.

You will support HR Business Partners, lead employer branding initiatives, drive recruiting, and ensure data accuracy, safety and compliance. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and advanced HR knowledge with strong analytical and communication skills.

• HR Applications Expertise (Advanced).
• Language Skills (English) Advanced is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR BPs and HR Location Head as strategic partner.
• Supports HR BPs and HR Location Head as change manager.
• Continuously evaluates performance according to defined KPIs and operating figures.
• Summarizes and completes reporting within the local organization and publishes results.
• Supports HR BPs and Head of HR Location in employer branding and communications.
• Drives sourcing and selection of best-fit candidates.
• Develops and updates job descriptions and specifications.
• Assesses applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Coordinates HR services with HR Operations including payroll and data.
• Ensures employee data accuracy and audit/compliance records.
• Coordinates local general services (transportation, canteen, social security, engagement).
• Promotes health management regulations and programs; ensures safety compliance.
• Designs and implements action plans to reduce health risks and absenteeism.
• Interacts with HR management and site management to communicate Health KPIs.
