Job summary

Klar in Mexico City is seeking a recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for our business teams. You will work with hiring managers, source, interview and select exceptional talent, and schedule interviews for the TA team in a hybrid Mexico City office.

You’ll bring 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience, strong English, and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. We offer competitive pay, stock options, and generous vacation and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in-house on B2B/Commercial roles (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration or related field
• Advanced English level
• Knowledge of hiring tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, processes and latest hiring trends
• Experience recruiting for wide range of business or tech positions

• Working closely with hiring managers, and assisting them in their hiring needs
• Actively sourcing, interviewing and selecting exceptional talent
• Managing full-cycle recruitment processes for business teams
• Supporting the recruitment processes for our teams
• Scheduling interviews for our TA team and interviewers
