Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Distribution & Logistics IT professional to own the investigation and resolution of complex issues across our global distribution systems. You will analyze logs, APIs, and data to identify root causes, and work with engineering, operations, and vendors to improve monitoring, runbooks, and documentation for reliable operations.

This role requires strong SQL, data analysis, and experience with enterprise platforms and cloud services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in application or production support, reliability engineering, or logistics tech support.
• Experience troubleshooting applications, integrations, and data in production.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills for RCA, validation, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own investigation and resolution of complex issues across Distribution & Logistics systems.
• Analyze logs, transactions, APIs, middleware events, and data sets to identify root causes.
• Improve monitoring, alerts, dashboards, runbooks, and support documentation to reduce incidents.
• Partner with engineering, vendors, warehouse ops, transport, and 3PLs to maintain stability.
