Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to join the Distribution & Logistics IT team.

You will investigate complex issues across enterprise platforms, analyze logs, and work with engineering, operations, and vendors to maintain platform stability. You will improve monitoring, runbooks, and post-implementation reviews while supporting release readiness and change reviews.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in application support, production support, reliability engineering, system administration, or enterprise logistics technology support.
• Experience troubleshooting applications, integrations, databases, and operational processes in a production environment.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills used for production investigations, root cause analysis, data validation, and issue resolution.
• Experience with enterprise platforms and tools listed in the HTML (Manhattan WMS/TMS, SAP, ServiceNow, Power BI/Tableau, MuleSoft, Talend, Azure, Linux).
• Hands-on experience with incident, problem, change, and release management processes.

Responsibilities

• Own investigation and resolution of complex and recurring issues across Distribution & Logistics systems.
• Analyze logs, transactions, APIs, middleware events, and data sets to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Improve monitoring, alerts, dashboards, runbooks, and support documentation to reduce incidents.
• Partner with engineering teams, vendors, and operations to maintain platform stability and support business continuity.
• Support release readiness, deployment validation, change reviews, and post-implementation monitoring, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.
