Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Engineer I in Systems Reliability Engineering to support distribution and logistics IT systems in Mexico City.

You will own investigation and resolution of complex issues, analyze logs and data, and improve monitoring and runbooks to ensure platform stability and business continuity. Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and operations to reduce incident recurrence and strengthen reliability across warehouse, transportation, and reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in application or production support, reliability engineering, system administration, or enterprise logistics technology support.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills for production investigations, data validation, and issue resolution.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Manhattan, SAP, MuleSoft, Talend) and data/telemetry monitoring.
• Experience with incident, problem, change, and release management processes.

Responsibilities

• Own investigation and resolution of complex production issues across Distribution & Logistics systems.
• Analyze logs, APIs, and data sets to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Improve monitoring, alerts, dashboards, runbooks, and documentation to reduce incidents.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, vendors, and logistics providers to maintain stability.
