Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Engineer II, Systems Reliability Engineering to support global supply planning capabilities, ensuring stability and continuous improvement of o9 and connected enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with supply chain, product, integration, and operations teams to resolve issues and drive AI-enabled support automation. Responsibilities include leading production support for o9 supply planning, triage and RCA, and partnering with multiple teams to validate fixes

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications or supply chain planning systems.
Experience with o9 and related planning platforms.
Exposure to AI-driven support automation and IT service management processes.

Responsibilities

Lead production support for o9 supply planning processes, planning runs, master data, transactional data, and user-impacting issues.
Drive issue triage and root cause analysis across o9, integrations, job schedules, reporting systems, and related planning technologies.
Partner with business, product, engineering, integration, and platform teams to resolve incidents and support system releases.
Improve operational reliability through monitoring, alerting, reconciliation processes, exception handling, and runbooks.
Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities, including automated triage and knowledge retrieval.
