Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Manager, Systems Reliability Engineering - BCOM to lead service reliability for the BCOM platform and related selling systems across LATAM and India.

You will hire, coach, and develop a distributed operations team, partnering with SAP OTC, AEM, and product teams to ensure platform availability and order-flow integrity. The role reports to the Director, IT Enterprise Application Operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT production support, application operations, platform engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• 3+ years directly managing engineers or operations teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience supporting B2B or B2C commerce platforms, order management systems, or revenue-facing enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for service reliability and the operating model for the BCOM B2B commerce platform and related systems across LATAM and India.
• Hire, coach, and develop a distributed operations team partnering with SAP OTC, AEM, middleware, e-commerce product teams, and regional leaders.
• Own the BCOM operating model, service-level objectives, performance metrics, and governance for BCOM, Marketplace, Dropship, and integrations.
• Serve as senior escalation point for major incidents, executive communications, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Lead service transition from incumbent partners into the team, including acceptance criteria and seasonal launch readiness.
• Set the roadmap for AI-enabled operations, automation, and resilience, managing vendor relationships and team capacity.
